The “WHY” is to bring life changing transformation to the lives of others. My beginning in real estate started in commercial real estate. The realization came that residential allows a different fulfillment- one that gives me the privilege to work as a catalyst to change people’s lives. Those that I am privileged to work with, have a dream or a goal. And their dream or goal becomes mine. I am a “do-what-it-takes Realtor”. Dog walker, box-scooper, house painter, last-minute box packer. Encroachment fixer, permit solver, asset protector. Teacher, cheerleader, counselor, comforter, guide.

Experience

My involvement in real estate began in March 1983 as co-owner of a commercial real estate brokerage. I was responsible for thirty-five full-time agents and administrative staff. My company owned and managed office buildings and shopping centers throughout Tampa Bay.  In 2001, I transitioned to residential real estate, joining Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. In 2004, I affiliated with RE/MAX whose philosophy was in alignment with my entrepreneurial nature. In 2024, I joined Blake Real Estate, an independent, premier agency located in the southeastern United States.
Celebrating over 30 years of service, I successfully survived the real estate “run-up”, the great recession and the resulting real estate market nosedive and business during a pandemic. I am a full-time agent. I am hands-on and I am present every step of the way. You will work directly with me and have my full attention. I truly care about my clients and work diligently to help clients achieve their real estate goals. I have sold horse ranches, waterfront properties, celebrity homes and properties in unique situations. I am an agent that seeks solutions and results. I was an early adopter of YouTube and profiled in New York Times contributor, Michael Miller’s book “YouTube for Business”. I was ABC Action News “Featured Agent” and “MLS Expert”. I was an International Mastermind speaker “Best Practices for Success” series. I am the developer of CIS Score, a pro-active way for sellers to participate in the pricing of their property. I am also honored to be a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. I look forward to being your “go-to” for real estate.
